This is a really naff piece of design. I’m not bemoaning the graphics, though they are hardly beautiful. What I am taking issue with is calling yourself a ‘virtual insurance solutions’ company, and then sending me a printed letter, in the mail, instead of just an email. I know there are massively worse wastes of paper and resources in the world, but little things like this show a lack of thought and a reliance on outdated and unnecessary methods.
